Welcome! We are committed to providing educational programs about water, soil, and
related environmental topics - FREE of charge, for all age groups. If you have
a class, organization, 4-H club, Scout group, church group, daycare or summer
camp, please contact us to schedule a presentation on a topic of your choice! The SWCD can also be contacted for help with projects, such as developing an outdoor lab for your school, tree plantings, composting, and worm farms. We have a Rain Simulator that can be used for presentations (please provide water source) and many other reference materials (books, brochures, activity templates, conservation practice guidelines, topographical maps, Soils maps, Aerial maps, Watershed maps, displays, audiovisual materials). |
